[First look] Asus Zenfone AR.

Asus Malaysia’s latest device was officially launched in Malaysia few days ago. I don’t know if I should call this a flagship or something else. This is one of the most expensive smartphone from Asus, retailing at RM 3799 and they have a valid reason to set the price as such.

The Zenfone AR is the world’s first Tango and Daydream enabled smartphone. If you are wondering what are these, Tango is an augmented reality (AR) technology and Daydream is a virtual reality (VR) technology from Google.

Again, is this a flagship device from Asus? Seriously,  I don’t know. It is totally in a different league and I personally won’t suggest this device to anyone unless you need the AR and VR features. Well, the device is definitely great, no doubt in that. The AR and VR features are also seriously cool. It impressed me very much but what makes me think twice is the price.

Again, if you can afford it, go ahead. Now let’s take a look at the spec of this device and some photos.
